1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the My Travel Resource website ("Service") or the MyTR Connect mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. App Usage & Subscriptions
MyTR Connect offers tiered subscription services (Scout, Plus, Pro, Elite). Subscriptions grant access to specific features such as IoT connectivity, asset limits, and AI-supported logs.
- Scout (Free): Limited usage for a single asset.
- Paid Tiers: Monthly or annual subscriptions billed via the platform (Google Play/App Store) or direct invoice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Navigation and safety decisions should never rely solely on MyTR IoT data; standard maritime/automotive safety practices apply.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Travel Resource.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall My Travel Resource, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or IoT devices.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
